Tests are available for several soil borne pathogens. Our NP-10 for detecting microsclerotia of Verticillium dahliae, selective extraction of sclerotia of Macrophomina phaseolina and PARP plating for oospores and chlamydospores of Phytophthora are quite popular. Our sieving methods provide accurate counts of sclerotia of Sclerotinia and Sclerotium. Our bioassays detect such pathogens as Fusarium oxysporum fsp lycopersici race 3. We also provide microbial counts such as aerobic bacteria, anaerobic bacteria, yeast and molds, antagonists and bacteriophages in soil samples.
